- In 2008, Dr. Stacia in partnership with her daughter, Ariana Pierce launched Superstar Nail Lacquer, a unique toxin-free fast drying formula. The collection is quickly becoming popular and in demand nationwide by trendsetting stylist and has been established as an industry favorite among todays hottest stars like Mylie Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Lauren Conrad and many more have worn the trendy colors.
- Dr. Stacia started her career at the tender age of 13, Stacia’s Dream Cream, an ice cream shop and game room.
- At 22, she opened a full service salon, cosmetic company (Riana Cosmetics) and image-consulting firm.
- Hosted an Internet radio show on Blog Talk Radio.
- Motivational speaker for 23 years.
- Speaking to large audiences, thousands of executives, entrepreneurs, authors and women’s groups.
- Developed Lifestyle courses to train men and women to develop life skills. These courses are 12 weeks long and have been implemented in organizations in other states, prisons, Africa and England.
- Helped 100s of people lose weight and transform their lives through weight loss coaching.
- Most clients lost between 40-100lbs within a year’s time.
- Created the Stacia Pierce Foundation: a non-profit organization that promotes the health and well being of individuals.
- Read to Succeed Campaign—Created in memory of my father, the late Alfred L. Scott, a real estate agent and entrepreneur that encouraged young business people to engage in extra-curricular reading, beyond the classroom. The purpose of this foundation is to provide teens and young adults with self-help, success oriented reading material to help them expand their mind and inspire them to succeed.
- Step to It Campaign—This campaign encourages women to get up and get moving because all movement is exercise. When women care enough to care for themselves they’ll be better fit to care for their families.
- Hosted the Women Caring 4 WomenTM : a community outreach event. Local professionals donated their time and talent to assist underprivileged women in resume building, image enhancement, free hairstyling, self-defense lessons, and other services to help them improve their lives.
- Hosted the annual Shop and Swap community Outreach Program: 1000s of women were encouraged to clean their closets and donate their unwanted, gently worn clothing, small appliances, shoes and toys. Every year we created the largest clothing closet in the area with over 6,000 items and invited the community, underprivileged women, and those re-entering the job market to come and shop the closet for free.
- Created 25 coaching audio series on various topics to help women achieve in life.
- Host an annual marriage retreat with my husband, coaching couples to have better marital relationships and sex lives.
